How do I enter a giveaway?

Sign in (or create an account in under a minute), open any active giveaway, choose the number of tickets, and finish checkout. Tickets appear in your dashboard immediately after payment.

How are odds calculated?

Every ticket has equal weight. Your odds are the number of tickets you hold divided by the total tickets sold at the moment of the draw. Live counters keep the running total visible.

Is there a limit on tickets per person?

Unless a giveaway explicitly caps entries (shown on the giveaway page), you can buy any quantity. We display the maximum per giveaway when it applies.

Can I cancel an entry?

Tickets are non-refundable once a giveaway has opened sales. If a giveaway is cancelled before its draw, every ticket is refunded automatically to the original card.

Is checkout secure?

Payments are processed by Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. Card details never touch our servers; we only store a reference to the payment so we can match it to your tickets.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards through Stripe Checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay surface automatically on supported devices.

When can I get a refund?

Refunds apply only when a giveaway is cancelled prior to the draw — in that case every entry is refunded automatically. For payment disputes or errors, contact support with your payment reference.

Will my card be charged again?

No subscriptions, no auto-renewals. Each ticket purchase is a single charge confirmed at checkout.

How are winners chosen?

When sales close, we run a verifiable random draw across the full ticket pool and log the result with a timestamp. The winning ticket number is published on the giveaway page and appears in the winner's dashboard.

When will I know if I won?

Winners receive an email within minutes of the draw. The giveaway page also updates to show the result. If you don't hear from us, your tickets remain on file in your dashboard.

How do I claim a prize?

Reply to the winner email with the requested details (shipping for physical prizes, scheduling for experience prizes). Physical prizes ship within 14 days; experience prizes are coordinated directly with you.

What happens if a winner can't be reached?

If a winner does not respond within the timeframe stated on the giveaway page, we may run a fair reroll using the same audit-friendly process and publish the new result.

Do I need an account to enter?

Yes. An account is how we tie tickets to you, deliver winner notifications, and let you track live counters and favorites. Registration takes under 30 seconds.

Can I change my email or password?

Yes — your dashboard profile lets you update name, avatar, and security details. Email changes require confirming the new address.

How do I stop email notifications?

Every transactional email includes a one-click unsubscribe for marketing updates. Important emails (payment receipts, winner notifications) always come through so you don't miss prize details.

How do I contact support?

Visit the contact page for the fastest path. Include your payment reference or giveaway ID if relevant and we'll respond as quickly as possible.
